Once an order is placed, processing typically takes 1-3 business days before shipment. After the order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing them to monitor the delivery status of their package. Returns Policy

We maintain a 30-day return policy, which allows customers to return items within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Upon acceptance of the return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
